Eric Lovins, Regional Manager

Eric Lovins, Regional Manager at Waterstone Mortgage's Minneapolis offices, is a mortgage banking innovator. In 2000, Eric headed a traditional mortgage company which he grew and sold in '03 to the one of the largest Mortgage Lending Companies out of Milwaukee, WI. Eric knew that it could be done better so, not satisfied with the existing model for mortgage companies, Eric set forth his ideas for a modern, streamlined, strategic sales operation to the test. In early 2007, he and business partner Taryn Reuter, founded LandmarQ Lending and has since consolidated into Waterstone Mortgage, a wholly owned subsidiary of WaterStone Bank SSB.

In the times away from implementing his ideas and helping people design their financial futures, Eric enjoys reading, exercising, boating, traveling and time with family.
