Taryn Reuter believes that no matter where "Point A" is, a better, more secure "Point B" is out there and available to everyone.  Founding partner of LandmarQ Lending and now Waterstone Mortgage Corp a wholly owned subsidiary of WaterStone Bank SSB.   His cause is to help people at all ages and life stages to advance from any starting point to an improved position with the help of analysis, education and planning --knowing that home ownership is the centerpiece of most people's financial journey.

Taryn's degree in Business Finance with a minor in Real Estate from University of Wisconsin Stout indicate how deep and far back his interest in housing and mortgage are steeped.  However, Taryn's true passion lies helping others realize - both in their minds and then in literal experience - that one's station in life doesn't have to be completely stationary.  Watching his own parents' shift from modest beginnings to successful entrepreneurial careers fueled Taryn's desire to make sure others can see and experience that type of possibility and change.  And it really is as simple as starting with one's household finances - whether you rent or own.

Recent years have brought a lot of changes to how business is done in real estate and mortgage.  Taryn and the other LandmarQ founders set out to build a company based on their simple conviction that there had to be a better way and now with the consolidation into Waterstone Mortgage Corp they have the ability to continue their great initiatives.  The fact that Waterstone Mortgage has grown exponentially at time when other companies have been closing in droves is the best evidence that the dreams and ideas upon which it was founded are solid.

Taryn is an active father who never met a water sport he didn't like.  He also enjoys snowboarding, racing motocross, and football.
